Monday morning webinars

I am really excited to announce that after starting out 18 months ago to find the technology I was happy with to conduct webinars, I am now ready to go.

Every Monday morning unless otherwise noted I will be conducting seminars on the web as follows:

9 am - 9:30 Australian Eastern Standard Time
11:45 am - 12:15 Singapore Time
9 am - 9:30 United Kingdom Time

Each webinar will be high in content, value and interaction. All for just $20 AUD per person.
(It can be arranged for me to conduct a webinar with just you and 9 members of your tribe for just $125 AUD. Please contact me for further information ian@ianberry.au.com)

The next 7 subjects:

Please note you will have the opportunity to ask me questions before, during, and after each webinar. I will be ready for questions via email as soon as you register and have received your login details.

June 15th 2009: The remarkable rewards of resilience - 3 ways to thrive in recessions and whatever other messes poor financial services leadership gets us into.

June 22nd: Why leadership fails miserably without management and vice-versa and how to lead and manage well at the same time.

June 29th: 3 ways to do good and therefore do great in your business.

June webinars are now open for registration. Each is limited to 10 people to allow maximum opportunity for interaction and learning. You can register now for a time that suits you here.

July 13th: The upsides of the downturn - 3 essentials for turning challenges into opportunity.

July 20th: 3 ways to recruit and retain your best people in tough times.

July 27th: Why performance appraisals are dead and 3 ways to ensure your performance management system is alive and well.

August 3rd: Why teams have evolved into tribes - 3 ways to move beyond teamwork.

Registration will be open for July and August from June 30th. Register here now for June webinars.

I look forward to sharing with you on the web. Of course these kind of seminars can never replace in person work, however I am confident they will add more value to my clients as an addition to my other services, as well as standalone value.

Be remarkable
